Transforming Education: Virtual Tour of Limavady High School

Project Overview

Limavady High School partnered with 360Spaces to create an immersive virtual tour experience that showcases their state-of-the-art facilities, vibrant learning environments, and unique educational atmosphere. This comprehensive digital solution allows prospective students and families to explore the school from anywhere, at any time.

During our first meeting it was crystal clear that Limavady High School is an Education Centre, not just a school. They have received several awards, including being a Gold Winner of the ‘Making a Difference in a Secondary School’ award byte he Teaching Awards Trust, being recognised by the CCEA for outstanding student achievement in Health and Social Care and working towards the nationally recognised Wellbeing Award for Schools. They have also previously won UK Secondary School of the Year.

The virtual tour captures every aspect of school life - from modern classrooms and science laboratories to sports facilities and common areas - providing an authentic feel for what makes Limavady High School a premier educational destination.

The Challenge

Like many educational institutions, Limavady High School faced the challenge of effectively showcasing their facilities to prospective students and families who couldn't always visit in person. Traditional photography and brochures simply cannot capture the full scale and atmosphere of their impressive campus.

The school required a solution that would increase accessibility while also reducing the burden on staff for individual tours, and provide a compelling digital experience that truly represented their educational excellence.

We came with recommendation via a previous virtual tour we created for Antrim Grammar School so the solution needed to be a good one and it is an ongoing on.
